Jack Nicklaus Golf
The crown jewel of Ocean Hammock is the spectacular par-72, Jack
Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. This exciting piece of golf history has
been designed to enhance the natural landscape, including holes along
natural wetlands, freshwater lakes, oak-lined hammocks, and dunes
overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Recently, American Way, American
Airlines' in-flight magazine, named the course one of the "Top 10 New
Courses" in the U.S.

Flagler County presents
old-style Florida
"Olde Florida's" Natural Beauty
Ocean Hammock is located in Flagler County, one of the most
environmentally friendly, pristine counties in the state. With its
uncrowded beaches, historic ruins, public parks, tranquil waterways and
subtropical forests, Flagler County is home to some of the most
"natural" attractions on the northeast coast. Bordered on the east by
26 miles of natural beaches, with the closest beach access off I-95 in
Florida (only 3 miles), Flagler County offers something for every
lifestyle.
Adjacent to Ocean Hammock is The Malacompra Greenway, an extensive
chain of preserves that form a "green ridge" along the scenic Coastal
Highway (A1A). This natural buffer between the Intracoastal Waterway
and the Atlantic Ocean is home to abundant native wildlife and provides
a look at "old Florida" and a simpler way of life.

along the Greenway
Flagler County also offers excellent fresh water, off-shore and lake
fishing in several public and private areas. Fishing poles dot the
shoreline in the early morning and evening as fishermen catch a variety
of species. In addition, the Flagler area is home to one of the most
widely respected sea turtle hatching programs in the country, with
several miles of beachfront devoted to the protection of this fragile
species.
Located
between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, Ocean Hammock is only three
miles away from I-95, making it the most convenient beachfront
residential community along Florida's entire east coast.
